I SO wanted this to be good but sadly that's not the review I can write. First, the decor was nice but Lawrd have mercy the music was LOUD I mean CLUB LOUD you can't hear the cashier I thought it was just me at first but nope everyone after me kept leaning in to hear her. Second, the wair time I waited 30 minutes from the time I paid until my name was called keep in mind there were others that waited longer 😳. The place was packed 33+ people waiting on their food. No one was eating in everyone & I mean everyone was standing waiting. Third Check your order BEFORE you leave one gentleman "Brian" waited got his food it was wrong had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes more to get the corrected order. As I was waiting I could hear the ladies standing next to me saying they won't come back. Well ok the FOOD I ordered the Sweet Potato/ Pecan Cobble got it checked to make sure it was what I ordered got in the car it was COLD 🥶 waited 30 minutes and it wasn't hot, warm just cold ok so get it home take a plain bite not impressed then added the ice cream same Not at all impressed and it sad I was so excited and ready to try it out... Not much more to say but a Hard Pass sorry just the facts

Tried this place for first time recently via pickup and in store. Ordered 2 party pans of Blackberry & Carmel Apple Cobblers day ahead, and ready upon pickup after 1pm next day, as indicated! Packaged neatly & in oven safe containers. Fruit tasted fresh, crust was delicious, perfect mix of tart, sweet, and carmel apple & cinnamon flavors. LOVED the carmel sauce over the apple cobbler they provide on the side. In store, we ordered a Snickerdoodle Cookie $6, and the Cinnamon Churro Sticks $8 for 9 half sticks w/ Dulche De Leche Sauce. Both were outstanding! Churros made to order, and had the perfect cinnamon sugar ratio, crispy outside with warm, chewy inside. Snickerdoodle cookie was HUGEEE, and had a swirl of a cinnamon cream cheese icing around it that was perfectly sweet, on a perfectly not too soft cookie. Flavors were outstanding on all items tried- no complaints! Menu has variety of items such as: Banana (& others) Puddings, Belgian Waffles, Drinks, Cobblers & Cobbler Shakes, Cinnamon Rolls, Cookies & Churros. Can buy bulk! 10 out of 10!

I really wanted to like this place but was completely underwhelmed by the experience on opening day. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was in a good mood and the activities they had going on while in line was fun. I just don’t think the value is there. I think if you’re advertising cups of cobbler and pudding that are full with a mound on top, that’s what your customer will expect to receive. I did not. My cups weren’t full and the dome lid they had for the cup might as well have been flat. The crust in the cobblers felt like they were underdone. The banana pudding had no actual bananas in it. There wasn’t anything special about it. But, the cold rush coffee was really good! So was the peach tea. I really want to go back at some point and give them another try when they can focus more on quality versus quantity. Once they’re established and they don’t have to service as many customers in a day, I think I’ll give it a go again.

I ended up coming here 3x in their first week. First time was on opening day, but I got there too late as they had to close early. That's ok, I'm not sad about a huge response for a new place to get desserts, a little bummed cause I spend 30+ minutes driving across town, but ce la vie.

2nd trip I ended up going with my son after he had a particularly good day at school, cause who doesn't love some sweets after a great day. Ended up getting Strawberry Cobbler, Peach Cobbler, Cherry Cobbler, and Red Velvet Banana Pudding. They were ok. Not great, not terrible just ok. But hey he enjoyed it and it was nice to get some after the first trip was a bust.

3rd trip I wanted to get some for my mom when she came up cause she likes to try new big city things. Ended up getting several cobblers and puddings. Again everything was ok. I had an issue where I was missing something, but the issue was handled apologetically and I was able to get the cobblers home for everyone to enjoy. Only to find out that the missing item I went back for was the wrong flavor.

Customer service is top notch, everyone is incredibly nice, even the guy who said I was too late when they had to close early. The quality for the price is the biggest reason for 3 stars. Like others have said everything is just a bit off. No bananas in the banana pudding. My wife said the cherry cobbler was just cherry pie filling on top of their crust. Not that she was sad about that, just that for $8 we were expecting a bit more quality. Also the lids don't stay on their containers very well which can quickly lead to a mess.

Will I go back? Probably, but only if I happen to be on that side of town, but I won't be making any special trips across...

I went there on their opening day & ordered the following & also provided my feed back on the rating of every item I purchased below

Strawberry Peach cobbler 5/10 Cinnamon Roll stuff with cobbler 5/10 Banana Pudding Oreo 5/10 Sweet Peachy Tea 10/10

I will admit I did enjoy my Strawberry Peach cobbler the most out of all 3 items I recommend eat this treat as soon as you get it, the longer it sits the less tasty it becomes.

Now when I ordered my Cinnamon Roll stuff with cobbler I was excited, a cinnamon roll stuffed with cobbler can you imagen? But once I opened my container that was holding my Cinnamon Roll stuff cobbler I was so disappointed.

They failed to deliver on a cinnamon roll stuff with cobbler. In my mind there would be 2 ways to stuff a cinnamon roll with cobbler & this place failed at both but instead just place whatever cobbler or fruit you chose right on top of your cinnamon roll.

That's not stuffing that's topping.

As for the Banana Pudding with Oreo this is the first time I have ever had banana pudding with bread in it, yes I'm pretty sure that is what it was or a mid-high grade quality breading or cake products used a filler.

As for the Sweet Peachy Tea 10/10 I enjoyed every drink.

I will be looking forward to coming back in 1 years time to give the Peach Cobbler Factory a chance to...

Seem like a great dessert idea me and the wife spent about ninety bucks On an assortment of cobbler's cookies churros and the banana pudding. For all who know of churros know how long they are and for $8 to get what seems to be Maybe three cut in thirds was disappointing , but they were the best tasting item. The crust of the cobbler was tasteless. No flavor input to it at all. Peaches were a little suss, the apple was an apple pie. Which you kinda can't go wrong with other than the crust Which is the same for all of the cobblers, was flavorless. The cookies look to be a hit, but upon tasting them. They're all sugar cookies with a topping of your choice. The cream topping was horrible and overall all not a good idea. The banana pudding we were just gonna leave that alone. No need to speak on it just bad. Overall summary This is a place of a good idea. But. The Baker's hand is extremely weak. If you want an overdose of sugar, then this is the place for you. But if you want flavor and quality. I do not suggest. items that were tasty are the praline topping The ice cream is cool and the churros I can say that me and my wife were disappointed. And when our 4 children don't eat the sweets, you know that...
