I visited Creekside Plaza for my first time today [8-28-2021] so that I would be able to participate in Columbus VisionWalk, a fundraiser for Foundation Fighting Blindness.
A large group of us gathered at 9:00 a.m. so that we would be able to register, pick up our T-shirts, and then visit the tables of several different organizations that offer services to people who are blind or low-vision. At 10:00 a.m., we heard several speeches; the walk itself began at 10:30 a.m.
We first crossed Big Walnut Creek on a footbridge and then walked north for a mile or so, within Creekside Park, along a wide paved path [much of which is between Olde Ridenour Rd. and the Gahanna Golf Course]. We turned around when that path had ended and then returned along that same path to Creekside Plaza.
After I had returned home from Columbus VisionWalk, I was able to correct the street address that Google Maps provides for Creekside Plaza from 151 Mill St. [which is wrong] to 117 Mill St. [which is correct].
I had spent quite a while before traveling to Columbus VisionWalk trying to figure out how a three-or-four-story-tall condominium at 151 Mill St. [that has a first-floor parking garage] could possibly be the location for an outdoor event adjacent to a park.
After having done much research [including contacting the Franklin County Auditor's office that has all of the "official" information about buildings and other locations], I was able to confirm that Google Maps had previously been provided an incorrect street address for Creekside Plaza; that address has now been corrected.
Hopefully, in the future, people will be able to more easily find Creekside Plaza on...

Hands down, one of the BEST live music experiences I’ve ever had. Creekside Plaza was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night of smooth jazz, soulful gospel fusion, and electric energy from some of the most gifted musicians in the game.
Jessy J brought the heat with her signature saxophone sound — smooth, powerful, and full of soul. She had the crowd swaying, clapping, and fully immersed in every note.
JT Jazz (Jesse Thompson) and the Next Level Band? Absolutely phenomenal. The kind of tight, spirit-filled musicianship that moves you from the inside out. From funky grooves to heartfelt worship, they delivered excellence on every level.
🎶 Beautiful atmosphere 🌃 Outdoor vibes in downtown Gahanna 💫 A true celebration of music, talent, and community
If you missed it — you missed a masterpiece. But I’ll be posting clips because nights like this deserve to...

There is a phone repair shop down there too that does great And reasonably price work. You can rent paddle boats and cruise up and down their little pond area for I think it is $5 and hour. You could easily make a fun day out of going down there. Great for kids day...
