Bubbles Tea & Juice - Gahanna — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

This was really terrible, my acai bowl came with a bunch of delicious toppings atop a frozen solid bowl of plain acai, couldn't mix my toppings in, let alone eat the acai, the main ingredient of the bowl! Sad!

UPDATE: I saw the response to my review, and it's shameful. describing the process of how they freeze the acai and don't even blend it before serving it isn't acceptable, if I wanted to wait a "small delay" of 45 minutes to an hour for my frozen solid acai bowl to thaw, I would've bought one from the frozen section at the grocery store! The idea that it's acceptable to serve that to a customer at a RETAURANT is a complete failure on the part of the business owner, and it really throws the staff working the stores under the bus in a cruel way. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bubbles Tea & Juice Company during the 4th and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by their operations manager, Marcum. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I never realized the full range of items they offered until Marcum took the time to walk me through their menu of teas and juices. His patience and knowledge made for a truly positive experience.

Marcum's dedication to customer service was evident, and it's clear that he sets a high standard for service. I hope to see him apply his expertise at the Easton location to maintain this level of excellence.
