Waterbeds 'n' Stuff — Local services in Mifflin Township

Went into waterbeds and my favorite beautiful manager that works there wasn't working today and it was odd because she's always working there I feel like she is waterbeds cuz I know she loves the place herself. I never have a problem when I'm in there looking for things and if I do have a problem and she's there she will kindly show me or tell me a little about maybe a product that I want or give me ideas or even her own opinions on certain things in the store which are all good of course but she wasn't there today and the one manager with the hat "Chris" was there in he is honestly not a people person it seems like it he's extremely weird caught him talking and cussing to himself under his breath co-workers and he asks for something he doesn't say it nice you seem like he was saying it really rudely and I can see the customers employees there look at him with a strange face and this isn't the first time that I was in the store and it just seemed weird when he was working. So I honestly just walked out because I believe I wasn't getting the fair help that was needed and it's way too long but the other employees were very nice . I believe her name is also Stephanie and I just been here for years and she's a great person every time I come in there and because of her I will still continue to shop at waterbeds if needed she also picks out the best incense for me and so many different flavors I never know what to choose from and her ideas on vapes every single vape I got from there is great I give this store 100% hundred star rating if there was an option it should be called waterbeds and stuff that stuff cuz she is the stuff lol . Hopefully I'll come back tomorrow or whenever I get a chance to cuz I decided I don't need the vape that I needed today and hopefully she's there . So to Stephanie manager girl thanks for always providing great customer service that always know how to put smile and laughter on somebody's face I appreciate you so...

I came in today(9/6) looking for a lip ring and a nose ring, the guy who I asked for help (he had long hair) and he was extremely rude. First off they had music blaring right in my face as I'm trying to talk to him, he wouldnt even turn his music down, he's just standing there not even attempting to help as I'm the one asking questions and he had a smart comment for everything I said for an example I asked where the nose rings are and if I could look at them and he just pointed and I said I couldn't see since they were in the far back once again he said nothing. I was with my mom and told her the situation and how i felt offended cause this guy is being rude to me for no reason. Once this guy noticed I was talking to my mom he said "I'll pull them all out if it's that big of a deal" with an attitude and then mumbled "god damn" under his breath. I come to this water beds all the time atleast 2 to 3 times a month and I've never seen this employee before and never had anyone be so rude to me there until now. I normally don't do bad reviews on things, but I really felt disrespected so I walked out and went else where unfortunately, don't get me wrong I love water beds, the store is great aswell as the company but this person was so disrespectful I just couldn't stand being in there. A customer shouldn't have to get upset at one of there...

Well This experience was interesting ... Somewhat Uncomfortable vibe . Went in to just get incense Long haired guy was nice enough.eating lunch okay. But there was a rather large young girl with Purplish hair that came in with me as we walked in i held the door for her But she kinda lurked around kinda made me uncomfortable..Didn't quite know if she worked there or not.Guessing she did . Very political views in Plain sight but its America right? Ill go again hopefully the vibe will be different..This experience though was kinda off like they don't expect certain "Types of ppl to come . Try harder to except everyone and respect...
