I bought a pair of boots last night, and the woman at the register wouldn't let me use my $5.00 birthday coupon. I had the code for her to scan in my email, but she said that was not the correct email and that she couldn't use it. It says right in the email that I had 9 days left to use my birthday coupon as a reminder. I never did get the $5 off, but I needed the boots, so I couldn't just come back and speak with a manager before making the purchase.
