This is the 3rd time that they messed up my drink. I always order Earl Gray milktea with regular sugar and ice. The 1st and 2nd time I also ordered the same but it tastes like tap water, absolutely zero sugar, luckily I tried it on the spot and asked them to fix it for me. Read moreUpdate: Got charged extra $1 and cashier did not know what to do. My drink was $1 more than what I saw on the menu board (I checked my receipt and it didn't add up correctly). When I brought it up, the cashier didn't understand math or couldn't comprehend what I was saying. No manager present at the moment. I can't imagine how many people got overcharged here without knowing.
