Took my Auntie to purchase a pair of diamond earring in this establishment Sept 5 because they had the Labor Day deal. My Aunt found and picked out the ones she liked. She asked the Asst Manager Juanita (older Filipina)if she could get it for a lower price. Juanita then told her that she’ll ask her boss via phone. She then took the earrings to the back room and after 30 mins or so, she came out and told us that her boss ok’d the price adjustment to $750. The Asst Manager (Juanita) and another associate (Imma) then wrote the receipt and took my Auntie’s infos in a rush. My Auntie paid in cash for her purchase and was given a closed box that contained earrings along with a cheap bracelet and a $50 gift card that were then placed in a bag. When my Auntie got home, she opened the earring box and noticed that it wasn’t the ones she picked out and just then realized that she wasn’t given a receipt for her purchase. She went back the next day and spoke to that same person (Asst Manager Juanita) who sold her the earrings and told my Aunt that the earrings she received are the ones she picked out. But after inspecting the case where the earrings were displayed before purchase, my Aunt saw the earrings she picked out therefore the ones she received are not the ones she wanted to purchase. She complained but was told that she can’t return but only allowed to exchange them and pay the difference. She didn’t want to pay nor should she have to pay the difference if the earrings she wanted are not the ones she received at purchase. This is so aggravating and it’s not ok! I just want to let anyone who are planning on purchasing anything from this store to stay clear and take your business somewhere else. They will scam you! So me and my twin wanted to get piercings, but half of the stores in great mall had pretty terrible reviews and it was going to be our first piercing, both of us were already really worried and nervous. I went to great mall before the date we decided to get pierced to just check out all of the stores. I walked into this one to ask about the piercings and the sales lady Imma, she showed me everything and explained how to care for the piercings. She joked about her daughter getting a tattoo behind her back. I had the greatest time talking and joking with her, and decided to get it pierced the following Tuesday. We went with a friend group on Tuesday and met a lady named Juanita. She explained everything to us and showed us the prices. She was super sweet we decided our piercings and paid. Her attention to detail was amazing. Jenn/Jennifer was another employee and she was the one who pierced us. She was super funny and friendly. She cleaned our ears and put a dot where she would do the piercings. She had us confirm to make sure we were sure we liked the placement, which was a relief because we were very worried over it. Talking to both of them made it a lot funnier and easier to get pierced, and it didn't hurt much at all. The piercing was smooth and afterwards I had little to no pain. I do not have any complain on the product as such. The ring is beautiful. But the salesman ship is pathetic. Complete 180 degree turn before sale and after sale. I will keep clean points

I never received a call that the ring was ready after resize. I was promised that i will get a call when ring is reqdy. When i asked the very person why u did not called back once u had the ring resized . He casually said "oh i thought u moved to india " . Really i will leave a 700$ product here and move to india. Never gonna refer any one to this store

I did not received an invoice till i asked for it. The salesman easily said . We do not provide any bills. 1$ grocery shopping also we get bill. Why not for a 700$ product. It was simply careless. After much pestering they reprinted invoice that and gave me . Sales people did not even understood whats an invoice or a bill. Are u kidding me . When i paid for the ring . I only got a receipt back for collecting the ring back which had only 40$ resizing cost mentioned . Not professional. Just now read another review where receipt or bill was not provided .
