Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Milpitas

Had a very bad experience with this store recently. We called the store to check a price of a purse & provided exact label details. They confirmed on phone a reduced price value and we made sure we explicitly confirmed them on phone it was for the same type & size. They confirmed it. Immediately we visited store to purchase it. Once we reached there they refused to honor that price. Instead they said we might have told u for small size & not the medium size bag. Which we clearly confirmed on phone. Store manager got involved & even she lied to our face and said she was there when her associate quoted us the price & it was for small. This is totally non sense as we explicitly asked them on phone to confirm the size & they said its medium. We already had one we were planning to buy two more . Instead due to their unprofessional & rude behavior we ended up returning the one we purchased earlier. I would request Kate Spade store owner to take a look at this incident & take notice of their unprofessional behavior of...

I would like to start off by saying I went shopping for a Christmas gift. I was followed around and hassled by this Asain girl on Black Friday made me feel uncomfortable like I was stealing shake my head, but I would like to recognize Marisela. She went above and beyond and helping me find present for my girlfriend, I didn’t know what the difference was between all the different bags she help me out even though she was busy behind the register she gave me great ideas and tips, and made me so very welcome and comfortable she went above and beyond needed great customer service definitely one of your guises model employees and anybody who goes to the store I will definitely recommending talking to her. She didn’t amazing job definitely will be back just a shot with her help. SHOUT OUT...

I have been coming to this outlet for years and always received great customer service BUT all that changed this past Saturday June 04, 2022. When I walked in no one welcomed me in, no one asked if I need help or anything in particular I was looking for. But I was followed and looked at as if I was going to steal something. Other customers walked in and were greeted, were told about the great sales and so on but not me I was just followed. I have or had a great Kate Spade collection but as of that day I will never purchase another Kate Spade purse again. Maybe it was because I am Mexican because every other person that got greeted...
