If I could give no stars I would. I’ve shopped here & have gotten my jewelry repaired, sized, etc for years. I wanted good hoop earrings for my birthday. My husband bought them & within two weeks they bent & wouldn’t clasp. We took them back & instead of giving a refund, we only got the price of the gold & then they upselled us to endless hoops that we were told were more durable. Guess what? They weren’t! The gold started separating within a week! We took them in, they said they could repair them. We go to pick them up & we’re told they were soddard back together but we should get different hoops that were more durable because it would just happen again. I don’t want different hoops! I wanted the hoops I had, that they swore were better! The service was horrible! Not only did we lose out on the optional earring price but they were rude when we were asking them to clarify what money went where. Once we felt like we were just being upselled and not serviced & we request a refund, their friendly demeanor changed quick. We always believed that we were going to receive better products & service going here rather than going to a franchised store but we learned the hard way we were wrong. We lost over $100 buying earrings from them that were low quality. We will not be going back...

Joe Kassab Jewelers at Clackamas Town Center, does not honor their work that is "guaranteed for life". 15 to 20 years ago, my daughter gave me a pair of Diamond stud earrings for Christmas. Not real expensive, but very sentimental. I took them to Joe Kassab Jewelers and had a custom stud and locking back put on them to insure that they would not get lost. The salesman said they were "Guaranteed for life". I did not ask, who's life? I have found that the locking back has a spring inside that wears out. Joe Kassab Jewelers has previously replaced these backs when they have malfunctioned until today. Today the new backs would cost me $50 to replace, because "the price of gold has gone up" and "we only guarantee the post". Give me a break, how stupid do you think your customers are? You guaranteed a product that has a flaw. If the customer is not careful and loses the item before the flaw is exposed, you win. My backs have been replaced before and your store has been recommended to friends before. I will not be back and will warn everyone I know about your...

I can’t explain how great the service was! Suzanne and Melinda Kassab (Vice President) we’re super friendly, very helpful, and made me feel I chose the right spot to buy a engagement ring for the big decision in my life. Even though they knew I wasn’t going to buy anything that day, the help and service was awesome! They were helpful on explaining exactly what to chose in the diamonds showed the differences between them and all the bands and settings I could chose and were very helpful when I came to custom designing the Engagement ring for my girlfriend and my future fiancé. When the day comes I’m definitely 100% coming back to buy the ring from them and definitely will keep coming to buy more jewelry from them!!!
