Twins New Era Team Store — Local services in Minneapolis

Drove all the way downtown Minneapolis on a Saturday because the website says the Proshop is open until 5. It’s closed. All other Proshops are now closes. Rude AF employee tour guide outside asked me if I was there for a tour I said no I just was trying to go to the Proshop and he said …. Again… rudely it was closed. I suggested they should change the website showing him it said it was open. He told me the ball field website was updated. What help is that? I’m not going to a game today. I was lookinh for merchandise from a proshop. Certainly would have gone to ANY more convenient proshop if there were any open which there aren’t because they have all permanently closed except this one. When I suggested that again the Proshop should update theirs he shot back that the ballfield website is updated and it’s “above” his payscale. Clearly lots of things are dude. Like general customer service!

Majestic Twins Clubhouse Store. UPDATE YOUR HOURS….. and consider getting some people outside that can speak to your potential customers in a not rude way when they might come in to drop $1000+ on jerseys etc! 🤦🏻‍♀️. Or...

Please understand that everything in this store is 25-100℅ more expensive than it would be elsewhere.

They have a good selection, and it may be the only place in the new stadium that gives due representation to the Twins uniform/logo design legacy.
