I have never had a bad experience before until today. I was welcomed warmly by the girl next to the door per usual. Another associate asked me if I needed help getting a fitting room the first time and the second time she asked if I needed help getting a shirt down. I responded no on both questions. What I thought was an associate just being helpful turned into something else. I grabbed a pair of shorts and two shirts and went to the counter to check out. The young lady checking me out was nice. The same associate that had asked if I needed help on the two different occasions was behind the counter as well. I laid everything down and upon looking at the shorts I had picked up I realized I did not like the length of them and asked the cashier what the fit of them was. She told me they were a bit on the longer side I then responded that I wasnāt a particular fan of that kind and as I was about to tell her that I did not want them the other Associate whose name was Rachel muttered under her breath āWeāll then donāt get themā it wasnāt necessarily what she said it was how she said it and that the commentary wasnāt needed. Her intentions in her words were to be rude. I donāt understand why she felt the need to say what she did but it wasnāt appreciated. I reached out to customer support and they were very apologetic. As I said I have never had a bad experience with the store I frequent it as I work just down the road. It is not like me to go and leave reviews such as this but this experience was utterly ridiculous but I guess thereās always one rotten...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in here last week and I overheard a manager named Lynn scolding an employee for not going over the promos with me after she actually had. The employee tried to tell Lynn that she had done her job properly, however the manager did not listen and continued to ācorrectā the employee. I donāt know if the owners are aware of how she speaks to the employees, but I cannot support a business that would allow their manager to treat an employee like that, especially after they hadnāt done anything wrong. I get the feeling that this is not the first time she has spoken down to an employee like that based on how comfortable she was doing so in front of customers. Lynn then dismissed the employee and came over to āhelpā me, by aggressively trying to pressure me into purchasing more than what I had come in for or had any interest in. I looked through so many items and every single one had at least five of each shirt or dress size small or extra small⦠After trying on different things and being there for 30 minutes with no one asking If I need help, only staring me down, I ask if they had a medium in a dress I tried on. The girl rolled her eyes at me and then proceeds to say the only dress we for sure have a medium is the one hanging by itself on a rackā¦. Out of this entire store she could only point to one ugly dress hanging by itself that was a medium. I will never be back and I loved this store in the past. Clearly buy more sizes people buy because noone is buying your 3000 size smalls. Itās 2025 and I want nothing to do with a store who canāt even have my size (medium!) because I have boobs.
