The Jewel — Local services in Miramar Beach

I first purchased from The Jewel in October 2021, and I want to write about the service I received from Lisa and Jennifer, specifically. When I wanted pieces that were not presently in stock, both women went the extra mile for me, contacting the designer and securing the rings -- in Lisa's case, picking up the ring all the way on a trip to Las Vegas! Both contacted me by text to keep me updated on the status of my order, and were extremely conversational and friendly. I received my rings within one day of shipping, despite living out-of-state. Additionally, the packaging I received was absolutely beautiful, with a peacock feather and a personal note written to me, making me feel welcome and inclined to be a repeat shopper. I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Jewel. My fiancé worked with Lisa to design my engagement ring back in October and absolutely loved Lisa and the time she took to help him through the process. The ring came out exactly how he wanted - beautiful and the best quality! Since then, we have been in the store a couple of times to start picking out our bands, and the process is just as amazing. We even received a text from Lisa around Christmas that they had a gift for us (contents pictured, it’s literally amazing) - how extremely thoughtful!
