I took my engagement ring here because I trusted the 67 reviews that had 5 stars. I’m not trying to be too harsh as I am a small business owner and I understand how important reviews are. However, I don’t want this to happen to someone else. My diamond was a little crooked on my setting and I took it here to get that fixed. When receiving my ring after it was “fixed” it was still crooked and now had teeth marks on the prongs from the pliers. He then tried to fix the issue he created, but it never got back to what I had before bringing it in. And during this process I was continuously told “what are you seeing? I don’t see what ur talking about” I took my ring back in as good as shape as he could get it apparently and then not even a whole week later my diamond became so loose to the point I could hear and see it rattle. Keep in my mind my ring was crooked before, but never once loose. And it is now so loose to the point I can’t wear it, in case the diamond falls out. I brought this too the jewelers attention and he proceeded to blame it on my ring and told me to take it somewhere else.
