I can't believe with all the negative reviews that someone, a manager perhaps, has not made improvements to this store. So here is one more negative comment. Today I returned an item that was in the wrong section, therefore the wrong price. I find this to be true with many things in that store. Do not trust a price that you see indicated on the shelf. It's hard to figure out what something costs because nothing is priced individually and so many items have been misplaced, so read the shelf tags very carefully. And when I returned it today, the cashier barely opened her mouth to say, "I'm so sorry for your trouble. I'm so sorry you had to make a separate trip down here". A robot would have been more courteous. The time before this trip they totally screwed up my husband's Medicare card. I had to wait about 45 minutes to get a vaccination and he was denied his vaccination. I don't see how this store stays in business other than its convenient location. I've read a lot of comments about Peter being the best pharmacist. Where is Peter? If he's not there could you please bring him back because this...

Each time my prescription was provided by my dentist, they only came back with we don't have it, and had to wait for an additional hour.
I tried to refill the prescription via their automated system, and got confirmation that it would be ready by 12:45pm. Showed up at 4pm to have them say they don't have it and that they would do their best to have it ready by closing time.
There are a few people who are helpful, otherwise, be prepared to get the runaround.
This will be the last time I send any prescriptions to this Walgreens.
Update: This last prescription, I had to have my dentist physically call to get the prescription in. After going back and forth the entire day with them, I finally was able to confirm the prescription was there, and was told it would be ready in ten minutes. My husband goes to pick it up, and was told not for another HOUR.
Now I won't be able to get my prescription filled for the entire weekend.

The last two weeks, though, I have not been able to get any of my medicationās at all. Peter is gone and apparently they are not filling certain medications anymore, but they did not notify me of this, and no, none of these are controlled substances. Some of them are very common generics. I received multiple different stories from people as to when my medications would be available, only to finally be told that theyāre not going to order certain medications anymore because not enough people order them.
