Horrible Experience! DO NOT GO HERE :(

Went here for a foot spa the first time, which was fine. The second time, went with my friend last Sunday for a full body massage (we are both girls). It was awful because:

Instead of 2 ladies doing our massage, 2 guys came in to do the massage. They should have had the courtesy to ask if we were okay with that at least, especially since we were undressed in the top half

The guys were so AGGRESSIVE in their massage that it HURT my shoulders and back!! I told my masseuse several times to use gentle pressure, even got it translated into Chinese since he didn’t understand English, but he made no changes. I had to ask him to just STOP working on my shoulders and back!! Today, 24 hours after the massage, my back + shoulders are insanely sore, and I have felt drained throughout the day from the pain

Out of politeness I gave my masseuse a tip. My friend did not do so because she simply hated it. Bill, her masseuse, forced her to give him a tip! My fiancé and I had an amazing massage here and can’t wait to go back! My masseuse’s name was Jason. I believe I don’t know my partners, but he had a female and he said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had. You don’t come to a place like this looking for classic bougie Spa frills, you come for a great massage with great value.

This spa is decorated with quirky charm that I always love. It is very clean in the bathrooms were super clean as well! The staff is friendly, they don’t talk during the massage to give you a peaceful experience. We got the full body table massages, and I would have to agree with my fiancé that , these masseuse know what they’re doing! I’m not kidding guys, I frequently go to local spas like the Refuge & Desaur, My massage here was better than my last several massages at the Refuge and that’s impressive!

This is an excellent place to get an affordable massage. Due to chronic back issues, I get monthly massages. I've been to various massage studios in town, but a lot of them are quite expensive, and I feel like I never get my full time that I pay for. This is not a fancy, high-end studio, but the massage is excellent, especially for the price. $45 for half an hour, $65 for 1 hour is affordable, and you get your full time of massage that you pay for. Judy gets the knots out of my back. I've seen her now four times and will continue to come back to see her. She has helped my chronic back pain. For an extra $10 the hot stones are a nice luxury.
