Carlos Art Gallery — Attraction in Monterey

Today I took my 14-year-old son to register for his first year of high school. After that, we went to a local Mexican restaurant named El Charrito, which in my opinion, is the best in the area. We picked up food to go, and I didn't realize that I parked in a separate business owner's space and had received the ticket . (No problem there as I was in the wrong)

What bothered me was that business owner had parked his truck (Grey GMC) an inch from my bumper preventing me from leaving. As I was trying to maneuver to get out, he walked out and berated my son and I. After I called the police, he finally moved his car.

In speaking with police, they said there was no crime committed by the store owner and we were both free to go.

I make no contest that I was in the wrong parking space but his actions were extreme and volatile.

In addition, it seems that he was working with the meter made as I was only in the restaurant for 10 minutes or less. How was it that I received the ticket while he was parked behind me and did not...
