Well I tried to give the owner a chance to call me back and explain what happened but just like the delivery it didn't happen. So here is the deal if you are looking for a delivery on a certain day this is not the florist to use. I had ordered 2 weeks prior to my mothers internment at the cemetery 30 balloons to be delivered to the cemetery. It's a tradition we do when we bury our relatives there in our family plot. We get to the cemetery about 40 of us and we are standing over moms hole in the ground waiting for the balloons. I call the florist and the women says we don't have an order and I ask how can that be I paid for it and she said well we don't have one and I hung up thinking I had the wrong florist. Still standing at the gravesite I went back and saw that they were the ones I ordered from. So I called again and they said well let me check. They came back and said I do see the order. Would you like them still. Well yea we're standing here waiting for them. So they said we will have them there in 15 minutes and I reaffirmed the cemetery, oh yes we know that. Great. 30 minutes later while still standing over my mother the groundskeeper gets a call. They delivered them to the wrong cemetery. You caused us to stand there an hour more then we should have waiting to put my mom to rest. So I called for an explanation and was told the owner would call me. That was two days ago and no call. Flowers for my wedding turned out beautifully, but communication with the florist left much to be desired. I reached out pretty early (6 months) and was told it was too soon to start planning and to check back later (this is the only vendor I worked with who said it was "too early.") The actual booking and planning was super easy; I just sent over my Pinterest board and filled out how much of each item I needed. When it was closer to the wedding and I needed an additional bouquet, I both emailed and left a post on the client portal only to be ignored.
