on 8-12-24 went to pick up pkg at 10:06 a.m. Doors locked. Called Customer Service to see if they knew why no one was present. First CR, Eric, was terrible. Didn't even try to figure out what was going on...told me to go back later. I asked him to transfer me to someone else but he said ai would get the same answer. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said it would be a waste of time and I told him it was my time to waste. He finally transferred me and CR April helped me. She said there was no phone number inside the facility and she had no way of knowing why it wasn't open. She did offer to see if the pkg could be reshipped to my home but it couldn't. She offered to cancel the order and get a refund processed on my card. I took her up on that. The Hubs should have two attendants on case one gets sick or walks off. While I sat in front of the Hub at least fifteen other customers drove up, got out of their calls and when the door was locked had the same obvious...

The store lady with the glasses and dreds and whoever is normally working with her aren't doing their job because from all these reviews they are messy, and rude for talking about their customer's while they're in the store. Call a spade a spade, All the reviews say it....they are unprofessional. It is clearly obvious that they cannot operate this store because if you see a sign that the store is closed early or isn't open its because it's obvious that the leaders of this place don't know how to manage shifts and schedules because they're are plenty of people who need jobs and actually want to work. Read moreReturned two separate items to the locker at the same time. Separate barcodes, separate lockers. One refund was processed and issued. The other still doesn’t show that it was even returned to the locker. It continues to say “refund requested” as if the item hasn’t already been returned. I contacted Amazon a week ago. They said apparently it shows being delivered back to the warehouse. I’m not sure how accurate this info was because still it doesn’t show any new updates. I want to make sure I get a refund. Not sure what else I’m supposed to do. Guess contact them again? I’m thinking maybe there was a glitch or scanned the wrong barcode? I don’t know but either way the times...
