Palm Berries — Restaurant in Mooresville

The manager at palm berries in mooresville doesn’t care about customer service….do not go there….they don’t care if there’s order mistakes…I let them know that last time there was mango in my food (highly allergic, like epi pen allergic) and this time they didn’t put any fruit in a fruit base bowl so we got a $13 bowl of Nutella and chocolate chips. I just wanted to educate them on what has happened twice with my orders and he doesn’t care that he’s lost a customer, just kept insisting that people order bowls with just Nutella and chocolate chips….yea…ok. He’s lucky we didn’t have a reaction to the mango! I was a regular and will not buy again due to the lack of customer...

I am obsessed with your Sami and Protein bowls. I went into the Mooresville location on Sunday around 6:55 pm thinking you closed at 8pm like the rest of the week. I ordered 3 bowls and the young lady provided me outstanding service as if I walked in when you first opened at 11am. So many retail businesses have employees that make customers feel unwelcome if they come in at the close of business because I guess they would rather just go home. You will have a competitive edge continuing to staff your stores with bright, passionate people committed to servicing your customers! I would give this place a higher score but today when I went in, I got the palm bowl but substituted for the superhuman base and wanted to add pistachio cream ( keep in mind, adding it was an extra $2.50 ). I went home and the bowl had minimal amount of pistachio cream and they forgot the nutella sauce as well.(the palm bowl comes with nutella on it). My bowl was a little over $16, so it’s just disappointing. Ingredients are fresh and the bowl was good, but was expecting to get...
