I called the Mooresville kohls at 5:55 PM yesterday and spoke to someone in housewares looking for a Madison Park Sutton Curtain Set. It sounded like a guy that I spoke to. I was at the Huntersville store when I called looking for it and I was told by the person I spoke to that it was available I told him it was solid purple at the top , solid grey at bottom and he told me they had one in a package that was 20 dollars and another in a pack that was 22 dollars and I told him I paid 29.99 a set and he said I cant do anything about pricing. I live in Charlotte and returned home cause I didn't have the curtain set with me or receipt to prove I paid 29.99 a set so Later on I decide to go to Mooresville Kohls to pick it up and got there he had held these for me and It wasn't even no where close to what I was looking for I was very disappointed and the lady in customer service called the manager on duty which was Marie I believe was her name and she did nothing but make excuses for this person such as he seen the purple and thought that was it. then she went on to say we hired new people for another excuse and also without looking at it he wouldn't have known and I told her does that look like solid purple at the top and does that look like Sutton on there. I told her I would speak to the store manager about this but decided to do this review. I've been shopping Kohls for 21 years but I'm ready to cancel my Kohls card. There was no customer satisfaction here. Had that been Stephanie I think everything would have been totally different. I've never had an experience like this at Kohls. He should have described what he was telling me cause if he had told me they were grommet I would have known cause I told him I was looking for curtains a set in a pack at that so as far as what Marie done is this how you all handle customer service. You all can also call the Huntersville store to verify I called and described it to the person at your store . There was a lady by the name of Sandy at the Huntersville store working at returns ?customer service when I called. I also showed Marie my cell phone as far as the...
Read moreI refuse to ever come back to any kohl’s because of this one. About a month ago my fiancé bought a ring from here and asked where to get it sized, so they recommended a place which was supposed to be very good. Well he gave me the ring and 2 days later my finger was green(mind you this was a $600 ring on sale for $300). So we brought it back trying to exchange it. We received a nasty attitude telling us that we should make sure we’re taking it to a good ring store to get it resized because the reason it was messed up was because they went 2 sizes up on a sterling silver ring. Even though it was the place they suggested. She then told us that It would be best to order one online that was my correct size so we wouldn’t have that problem again and we could then bring both rings back to the store and do an exchange. So we do just that only for the exact same woman to tell us “oh well I didn’t know if we could actually do it, and I told you that”. When I was told we could for sure do it. So I returned the new ring because there was no way we were going to keep a ring from them while also being out $300 from them. We ended up going to Kays and being MUCH happier. After deciding we weren’t going to give them any more money we decided to give them another shot tonight. Only to be greeted with the absolute WORST attitude at checkout. Along with the terrible attitude, the only words that were said to us were “is this all” “your total is ....” and then asking if I had a rewards number as I’m finishing paying. I have never came in and had a decent experience but the last 2 times were just beyond awful. Was the problem with the ring Kohl’s fault? Who knows but if we would have known the place THEY SUGGESTED, trusting their judgment, would do that to the ring he would’ve never even bought it in the...
Read moreAbove-average Kohl's needs more merchandise for the size of City. Mooresville is an extremely busy place half of Charlotte lives here. They need more stock in this store especially since it is near Christmas. But store is clean. Most everyone is very friendly here. Just not enough merchandise for the size of the city. This is a busy location needs more stock. Especially bigger man sizes like triple extra large. And pants that are at least 44 in waist and 32 in length. And also more Fila and Puma tennis shoes in sizes 11 through 14. Also please carry at least 3x and 3xb in there workout attire . Also make sure you keep 2X workout pants they're also. They also frequently haven't had very many Vera Bradley skinny jeans regular fit mid rise in sizes 14 through 16 for my spouse.I have found it really hard to find any big sizes in even their big man's section. Big man's is mostly suits and undergarments for suits. And dress shirts. No jeans or other regular type of casual wear. You have to order that online if you want big sizes. Best big size store is Burlington Coat Factory. I wish that Big Dog store didn't go out of business. So for Big Man we have to rely on Burlington Coat Factory which for some strange reason has not come to Mooresville yet. Nearest one to this location is...
