I ordered at the window once and online once. It was just as easy either way. Let me just say these people are super fast at preparing orders. I ordered a fish and shrimp combo with a side salad and it was crispy and delicious. There were 3 large pieces of fish and a half of a container of shrimp.It came with 3 or 4 large hush puppies. The side salad I chose instead of fries was pretty big. It was freshly made with high quality ingredients. Mixed greens instead of plain iceberg lettuce;red onion and some kalmata olives. The dressing was well seasoned but not overly salty. The only complaint I would have is the Feta cheese that was burn your mouth salty.( Next time I will request to omit it.) This was the online order and by the time I drove there (6 minutes) it was ready. The drive through order was a girò with a side of hummus, extra pita and a piece of carrott cake. It took a few minutes to be prepared. The girò was tender with the right amount of lettuce, tomato and cucumber sauce in a substantial but not overly heavy pita.The meat was well seasoned. The hummus was garlicy and tasty.The carrott cake was pretty standard. I am impressed with this fast food restaurant that serves very high quality food that you wouldn't think was fast food...

I had an amazing experience at Showmars! I usually don’t write reviews unless my experience is really bad, but this visit was just the icing on the cake. I typically stop by Showmars at least once a week with my family, but the service had started to decline a few months ago. I really dislike sitting there and watching the managers degrade their employees. However, the food has always been good—no complaints there.

After a few months, I decided to give Showmars another try, and I was pleasantly surprised. The young girl who waited on us treated my family like royalty. She was very attentive and brought us everything we needed, and we can be a needy family! She delivered exceptional service with a smile and excellent manners, which seems to be rarer these days.

One thing I’m not a fan of is how they let their employees know when food is ready to go out. There are a lot of loud voices and ringing bells, which can be distracting and rude when they’re assisting customers. Nevertheless, this young girl made our first family outing back to Showmars truly wonderful. She definitely deserves a big round of applause, and I hope someone takes notice of her outstanding service! Thanks Kayla for being a superstar...

i order take out 2 -3 times a week always order the Alaskan platters the last three visits over the last two weeks were bad we purchase for folks in nursing care. The one visit we never received the extra cocktail/tarter Sauses, fish was tough fries were only half cooked. The second visit new girls taking the order and the whole order was wrong received Cole slaw did not receive the extra order of extra fish the items we did receive were very good. Last night 1/16/25 we received the correct items no lemons no Sauses at all and the receipt even had cocktail on it fish was tough onion rings were under cooked not sure where the disconnect is happing but hope it gets back to normal. We have been ordering for years and every now and then there is a hiccup but for the most part they get our order correct. have to dot the i and cross the t in...
