The E key part of the PCB for a keyboard I built straight out of the box broke immediately and I basically was told I did not do it correctly and they can't help me. I ordered the new part to replace the entire PCB and waited all for an email to come in and say sorry we ran out. Why can I make a purchase for something that you can't fulfill? You should probably advertise on the website that even after placing an order you might not get your stuff. Shop somewhere else like DangKeebs they actually care...
