Overall the food taste OK and I did not have to wait long to place and receive my order despite the line being very long when I entered the restaurant. I gave them 3 stars because one of the workers, when I was attempting to tell her my order, became frustrated because she could not understand what I was saying to her. Now, it was pretty difficult to hear and communicate in general in the restaurant because we were all wearing mask and had to speak over the glass where the food was being prepared. The serving line had also been blocked off by chairs that were put in place to keep patrons from dining inside, thus creating more distance between the moving line and the servers making orders. This made it that much more difficult to communicate as well. As a result of her frustration though, she leaned over and whispered something to her coworker who in return looked at me with a look of disgust and disrespect. I replied to the worker who was making my plate by simply saying I could not hear her. She didn't respond and continued to rush me through the line. Now, I am not sure what was said when she leaned over to whisper to the coworker but nonetheless I found this to be disrespectful and an example of poor customer service. Read moreI came in for the first time with my brother. There was no sign of a warm welcome or anything! The building wasn't fulll but it took them about 5 minutes just to get to us. Like I said, it was our first so we didn't understand the menu. So we get a bowl since its the least expensive thing on the menu. She said I can get one side and one meat or something. Then I chose a meat and she said that's the premium, in an irritated voice and we kept trying to order and she was busy telling me what i couldn't get in the Bowl than what i coukd get so I didnt order because I was so confused. I even told her that it was my first time and first impressions are everything. She never thoroughly explained what anything was. I could tell that she wasn't having the best day but at least make me wanna come back. There wasn't a big variety of meats to choose from. And the Orange chicken was nasty in my opinion. I've tasted better. Its too Americanized! And they love giving small portions. And I would be stupid to step foot into that...

I ordered online and drove over. There were maybe 4 people in line but the online order line was empty.
I waited for a while as multiple staff members passed me multiple times, multiple employees mingled behind counter, the cashier rang up about 3 people before someone finally asked if I was there for online pick-up... For reference I'm huge, 6'4" so super tall and noticable.
Then the employee proceeded to very, very, sluggishly bag my order which had been sitting on their counter the whole time...So I'm like ok cool, finally...but NOPE!!
Some other male employee from the left side of the counter proceeds to engage the young lady in a personal conversation/ flirting about some event happening the following Saturday.
The young lady all but stops preparing my order to converse with the young man. Meanwhile I'm biting my tongue thinking I guess this is what it's come to with Gen Z🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️??
