I really used to like this store, the prices, the products are affordable and most of the time the employees are friendly. Went there yesterday 1/26 purchased a Bluetooth speaker and got the Wednesday senior discount. Today, I decided to open and use my new speaker what a failā¦for one it didnāt work, the piece to connect the cord was missing and for two it wasnāt the same one that was on the box. So, I just called talked to the store manager told him the issue. He said heād be happy to exchange the speaker, I let him know Iām going to upgrade (pay more for better quality speaker) but asked if Iād still be able to get the discount. He said no! He said āI understand itās the stores fault for your speaker issue but senior discount day is Wednesdays onlyā. I am appalled!!! I mean had it not been for YOUR mistake I wouldnāt have to waste my time, gas and money coming back! I am really upset. As a customer service sales associate, Iāve been working in retail for many years and this is not good customer service at all, especially from a manager.
