Shopped with a friend who found shoes in their size 30% off. We found the same shoe in my size for 50% off. When we questioned the price difference and we were told the 50% off price was because there probably was a defect. So we found another pair in the same size for 50% off. This time we were told it was because that size was harder to sell. Finally owner Roy said it must have been a mistake and he refused change the price of the 30% off pair to 50% off. I told him it would be good business to change the price for my friend but he would not budge. So we left and he lost two sales totaling 150 dollars because he refused to do the right thing.
