Rude and ineffective.

I had to get to work in emergency at 11:30PM (on Jul 28th 2016). That was the night of yet another concert at Shoreline. I drove over Amphitheatre Pwky towards Shoreline Blvd. Police has blocked Shoreline/Amphitheatre intersection.

Police officer who difn't identify himself first falsely and aggresively accused me about trying to bypass him then refused to say how to get to Shoreline Blvd and was only shouting to make a u-turn and go away.

The conversation was like this: PO: you are trying to bypass me! me: sorry, but I'm not PO: where are you going? me: I'm trying to get to my work PO: The road is blocked, you're not going here! me: OK, how to get to Shoreline? PO: You're not going anywhere! Make a U-turn and go away!

The guy was not doing anything halfway-important (other people were trying to manage traffic, he was just standing there near his motorbike and shouting at people.

Unprofessional, rude, and use scare tactics to avoid work and shut up victims. U probably cannot even finish one sentence before they start to wrongly accuse you and utterly annoyed at for wasting their time when they could be giving out a traffic ticket for revenue instead of investigating all videos for a stolen car or major property damages. This country needs a change. When a police man started to mistreat and scare a 5’3” Asian within the first 20 seconds of encounter when you are merely reporting something bad happened to you, presented with video evidence and physical evidence hoping to catch the bad guy. “Wasting my Fxxcking time” and scare tactics is deeply disturbing. America needs real help. I was a support of police resource for more public safety, I am in so much disbelief that the more police will protect law abiding, hard working, tax paying residents in Mountain View. Only every had to deal with them once and here’s my experience: my car was towed for late registration. In order for me to get my car I had to go to them for a release. But when I first called , they did not make this simple. Whoever the girl was on the phone was rude and obnoxious. She rushed me off the phone and didn’t give me all the info I needed so when I went to go through the process of getting my car back I was delayed a whole day because the girl on the phone didn’t tell me everything. But when I called back another girl who was much nicer explained EVERYTHING I needed to do and I appreciate her. Wish I would’ve got their names but I didn’t. Also it’s alarming to see the there has only ever been white police chiefs in Mountain View. It’s giving “get out” vibes for sure.
