The guy in Wisconsin delivered Cindy to me with a full tank and I nearly ran out of gas getting to Escanaba. I didn't think about stale gas and carburetors. Too nervous and excited. Who knows how long Cindy had been sitting?

All of which is to say, by the time I reached Higher Love in Munising, I needed refuge. Shelter from the storm.

Driving around, far from home in a vehicle that has failed to start and left me sitting at a gas station waiting hours for a tow, produces a low level anxiety that is exhausting.

Bryce at Higher Love welcomed me in like I'd decided to crash at a friends house while I was in town. Sincere. Friendly. He knew his stuff. When I'm trying to find a new experience, the human factor is a must. AI can't touch it. I want to hear about your actual experience. Learn from it. It was good to talk it out with someone. Like when I used to rent VHS tapes from a local video store and the guy behind the counter had a passion for films and could help me find something I'd enjoy.

Well our bud tender acted as though we were an inconvenience to him. His knowledge on product wasn’t great or he wasn’t willing to tell us. When prodded about flower, he said to look on the jars it said what they were meaning Indica or sativa or hybrid. I asked if he could tell us some things about them, and he reluctantly looked them up. Ended up not buying what we were going to buy and left to go to another place. I know we won’t be back.
