I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A restaurants and they offer a senior drink. They also offer a refill on a senior drink. I went to this Chick-fil-A tonight and ordered some chicken fingers and got my free senior drink. I used the drive up window. I asked the girl when I first got to the window if I could get a refill right away without having to come back through the drive up. She said no, you would not be able to get a refill, because I would have to come back and use the same cup. I said OK I will come back through the drive up window and get my refill in a little bit. She didn’t tell me that I couldn’t do that. I then waited in the drive up line again and the gentleman who took my order for a free refill on my lemonade told me that they would be able to do it when I got to the window. I waited in the drive up line, even though he also suggested that I go inside because it would be a shorter wait. I would’ve had to back up at that point, maneuver the car in a different direction, so it was easier for me just to stay put in the drive up line. No one told me at any time I could not get a senior refill. When I finally got to the window, the lady at the window told me that she could not give me a free refill unless I came inside. I said OK I will come inside. After maneuvering my car in the parking lot again, I went inside. While waiting in line I decided to order some fries and a frosted lemonade to bring home to my husband. I then presented my cup for my free refill and I was told by the shift manager I could not have one because I had to come inside to order my original order to get the senior drink. I then told the shift manager ( who was working at 8 PM mountain time at this Murray location on Saturday, May 31st) that I was now inside ordering something else, fries and a frosted lemonade so I’m a new customer at this point and she still said I could not have a free refill. It would have been a whole new transaction. I walked in and placed an order I wasn’t even planning to place while I was getting my senior refill that everyone outside was telling me I was able to get.
Does that make good customer service sense? I’m a new customer at that moment walking through the door. I was in the lobby ordering two items I didn’t even plan on ordering until I went inside. It was even more food than I ordered in the drive up window when I originally got my free senior drink. It made me so furious she would not think outside the box. It was not even a matter of thinking outside the box. It was the right thing to do to give a senior drink, as I was a brand new customer when I walked through the door and ordered two new items. In the end, this store lost two sales I was going to give them and I, the customer, wasted 50 minutes of my time waiting in lines, parking, talking about the whole situation and writing this review, which I never write Google reviews unless I’m very upset. Just so everyone who is reading this Google review knows… it’s not about getting the free drink. It’s about the poor Customer Service, the misinformation along the way, the lack of skill of a shift manager who can’t even think correctly about a situation. What’s happened to excellent customer service in our society these...
Read moreMe and my friends decided to go get something to eat, we all have a particular taste and eventually we all decided on chick fil-a. We were in somewhat of a rush because my friend had to catch his flight later that night to Orlando, so when we got to the drive thru and one lane was full and the other empty we went into the empty one, thinking that we just got lucky. Right as we entered the lane the Mickey Mouse theme song kicked in on the radio… none of us had turned on the radio. We tried to turn it off but it wouldn’t work. The sound was on full blast but we couldn’t do anything. Nevertheless we kept going through the lane. Then we saw him….. my friends went pale one of them passed out… it was Mickey. He was wearing his chick-Fil-a uniform. I was in such shock that I forgot to brake and we kept getting closer and closer. Then he yelled “oh toodles!”. A demonic drone with an iPad taped onto it came flying around the corner. “Let’s see what tool we can use to solve this problem! Ok kids, should we use the chain saw, the tank, da bomb, or our mystery mousekitool?” He said. I stared in utter terror, as he asked this question. The kids in the car in the other lane yelled,”mystery mousekitool!”I stared at them infuriated. They had no clue of what they had just done. The Mickey them song slowed to half the speed, as a bomber plane slowly approached overhead. I simply stared at the kids for my last moments, knowing that there was...
Read moreMe and my daughter ate here a month ago, just always forgot to write this review but i really needed to write it down because it made me and my daughter uncomfortable.
We ordered 2 meals and the drinks were frosted coffee, and the lady took my order trying to tell the story about her trying to order some coffee for her own daughter or might be a flovored coffee stuff. Her daughter asked her "mom you don't want me to grow?" Even tho she is trying to tell that story i know exactly what she is trying to do and i felt like being judge cause i ordered a frosted coffee for my 10 yrs old kid? I understand people judge you that is normal but i just wished she should have kept it herself. I mean i am from the country where one of our staple drink is coffee since ur a baby. Guess what we still grew up normal as everyone elses.
I am just saying it ruined our breakfast cause i felt like now everybody is watching cause i ordered her a frosted coffee. Especially the employees. I always go here drive thru but rarely dining in since covid.
Me and my kid has a tradition to go every saturday for breakfast or lunch and we often go to different brunch to eat. When We tried this location and experienced it made me not want me to comeback. I just want to have a meal withouth being judge that is all cause made the customer uncomftable really and that leads to not enjoying our meal
I hope Boss will bring this attention to their...
