My family had not been to this location before, no one asked if we needed help or even SMILED, what is up with that??? smh... I walked past the same young girl 3x and she would not even speak, smile or acknowledge us just kept folding panties. There was only 1 other set of people in the entire store so they were not overloaded with business.
Then we go to the only register that is open with Arianna, wow. She asked if things we ok today, I said, "No", the young girl that was diligently just folding underwear, would not even ask if we needed help, I think that is very rude. Arianna, wanted to argue with me and she did, "she is new, her first day." I said, "that is an excuse to be rude???" With all of standing there, Arianna said, "Yes I think it is ok to be rude SINCE it is her first day." WOW, so I asked for a manager, taller blonde younger girl came over and I pulled her to the side and explained that we had not been in the store for one, then no one, including the manager, even smiled, asked if we needed any help and seemed like they were too busy to give a darn, seriously, maybe that is why there is no one in the store, who needs it. The blonde manager apologized for both employees and said she would explain it to her GM, (who was in a meeting) and wanted to know if I would leave my name/number and I said yes. She took off and after almost 5 minutes I wrote my name/number on the tissue paper and gave it to another employee there, she asked if there was anything she could do and I stated, "Better customer service, the employees here are truly lacking that." Read moreEvery time I shop at this location, the checkout takes forever. I was there last night (Tuesday) and there was one girl ahead of me and someone at the register. Apparently, there was an issue with the customer at the register, and I had ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to check out. Meanwhile, during this 30 minutes, other workers (I assume maybe a manager) came up to help the associate at the register, but did not jump on another register to help the two customers who had been standing in line for half an hour. I put my would-be purchase back and left. I have worked in retail, and when customers are waiting a long time, you get on another register to check them out while the issue with the other register is being solved. They did not even seem to care that we had been waiting for 30 minutes. They did not acknowledge us and say "sorry for the wait" or "we will be right with you." Being that I have worked in retail, I know that things can happen, however there were multiple other people working that night who could have jumped on the register. Poor service. Found the item but the rep said I needed the barcode to use my perks($10 off). Phone died as the barcode was loading. Asked the rep what time they close and sh said "9:00". Ran out to my car to my car to charge my phone some. Ran back in the mall at "8:11". Found the doors locked. Their was a worker folding pants near the glass.She was wearing white short shorts, white halter style shirt with a pink tank underneath and she intentionally ignore me at the door.
