Then it was my turn, I wanted to exchange a backpack I bought 2 years ago. I didn't have the receipt. I realized recently that the backpack was defective from the beginning. The right shoulder strap was shaped like the left shoulder strap. Anyway, I showed and explained it. They checked with their current same model backpack, admitted it must be a defect, and let me have a new one in exchange! No receipt, no worry, no charge!

Do not shop here! Just save yourself the hassle, the lies, the gimmicks and just order online or go to a reputable store. It breaks my heart this place has become such a horrible experience because for last 10 years all I’ve worn was Eddie Bauer screen print T- shirts and loved them. This place is now price gouging to the point it’s ridiculous and to put a cherry on top the will not accept cash, which is illegal. Take out a dollar bill and read it, this note legal tender for all debts! The Eddie Bauer outlet in Nags Head was a great shop, plenty of variety for men and women. ..the staff was accommodating and very friendly and helpful.. Katie waited on me and went above and beyond to help assist me, which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend going online and having a account, they will send you information on sales, coupons, you can earn perks with every dollar you spend.
