While on vacation we stopped in just to look for one in particular purse and we were greeted by Amber and she was so pleasant, friendly and oh so helpful. They did not have the bag I was looking for so she took her time in showing us several other options. The ones I chose also had matching sneakers (Whale Tail). My husband kept insisting I look around and she stayed with us the entire time we were there. We came back the next day with our friends who were with us and Amber was in the front by the door and she greeted us like she had known us for a long time. Our friends bought stuff that day. I can't say enough about her I was so impressed with her personality, kindness and so willing to help out. I even called the next day to speak to a manager and ended up talking to the assistant manager and found out Amber was the store manager. I have gone to the outlet store in DC and the staff there had no real knowledge of the product I was buying that day which was the Sophie Smart watch. Nothing but great things about...
   Read moreWe are on vacation in Kill Devil Hills. My aunt had her heart set on this purse so we went to get it, even though it was half an hour away. We did our due diligence and checked online for the time they opened (10 am). We wanted to be there a little after 10. We called to ensure they had the purse, but the mailbox was full and a message couldnât be left. There was a handwritten sign on the door stating that they were going to open at 12. This was stated nowhere else, so we had no way of knowing. Poor customer service. As someone that works in retail, I know proper customer care is to update time changes EVERYWHERE (phone messages, Google, Facebook, etc).    Read moreJust walked out of this store. I typically buy a gift for myself at my birthday and sometimes presents for family and friends. Today I had to leave. Sales associates we SO PUSHY. I was having a conversation with my spouse and was interrupted no less than 4 times in 10 minutes. It was like lot lizards on a car lot and not a supposed "luxury" brand. More sales associates than customers. I am old enough to ask questions if I have them, am familiar with the brand, and asked nicely to be left alone. ...
