Salt Coast Outfitters — Local services in Nags Head

My son bought (2) pair of Simply Southern Shoes (crocs?) from this store on Friday 5/6/2022. Great Price!!! However, one pair which is the same exact size as the other, does not fit right. I believe my right shoes is a size 6, not 7 like it says. The right shoe is super tight and doesn't properly fit. Left shoe which also says 7, fits a little tight, but nowhere near like the right one. My second pair, same exact size 7, fits perfect. I do not live there, we came in for a car show last weekend. How can I get assistance with this issue? Can't very well bring the shoes back, I'm 3 hours away. I'm a little upset, my son bought these 2 pairs of shoes for a Mother's Day gift and I can't wear the second pair. I know the shoes are not the stores fault for being defective, but can the store help me to get a new pair? What info is needed? My son used his debit card. I'm not sure where the receipt is? He may not have asked for one, he typically doesn't get receipts, he looks online at his banking for info. ...

This is a fantastic store with a massive selection of high quality and unique merchandise at the best prices in the area. They have an amazing collection of shirts and sweatshirts for both men and women, but they also have hundreds of hats and dozens of travel mugs! I was immediately impressed and continued to be impressed all the way to the cash register.

The store is also very clean and welcoming with friendly staff!

We tried to come back later the same day and I swear the hours on Google said they close at 8pm, but they were closed at 6pm (as stated on Google when we arrived). Maybe I misread or maybe they updated that day. Not sure, oh well.

The location in Manteo is horrible, the staff there made my family and I feel unwanted. The staff stated that baby strollers were not permitted in their store, they said that the owner wouldn't allow it. I asked the owner who was behind the cash register if we could enter with the stroller and she said no because it would cause movement issues if it got busy (that's odd, are the aisles not to he ADA compliant? Would you turn away a wheelchair bound person?). During the time my family was in the store, we constantly had a "service dog" coming up to us. Aren't service dogs supposed to be providing a service to their person and not coming up to strangers...
