LOFT Outlet — Local services in Nags Head

Attempted to return an item purchased with my debit card but didn't have the receipt. They told us that without a receipt we could only get a credit for the current amount the item was selling for. The original price was $60, they told us it was now $30. We didn't like it but understood their return policy. Then, they swipe my card to issue the credit and suddenly the credit offered was only $19! What the hell??? I kept the item rather than let them earn more profits by selling the item again...and...I will NEVER shop...

I can not say enough about the manager, Jessica. I was in the store today and saw a necklace that I wanted to give to 9 co-workers. There were 5 of the same necklace on the display but I needed 4 more. Jessica called numerous Loft Outlets to see if she could find those necklaces for me. Unfortunately, there were none to be had. But she was so generous with her time and did her best to make sure that her customer was happy. Kudo to great customer service Jessica. I will definitely go back to this...
