This business was ok the food was great but when I have to argue with an employee just cause my daughter in the car that she doesn't like is an big issue with me. My food was fine just didn't have anything to eat with and BBQ sauce wasn't in the bag that I asked for on top of that the wing was so little that I had to take it back and that's when all hell broke loose. The cashier at drive through obviously had a problem with my daughter so when I arrive back to the window I asked the manager that stood to the window in her place told her about my food and the cashier at the time that was there before was looking and making Jesters doing a lot of talking all this stuff looking directly at us pointing and stuff then lied and said she didn't say anything and I ask is there a problem the manager then said no ma'am everything is okay I said okay I said because obviously your cashier has so much to say that there seems to be a problem and I want to know what it is. The manager then proceeded to say no mam there's no problem the cashier then comes to the window starts fussing and arguing and yes we did start fussing and arguing back like I said before leave your drama in Plymouth where you're from because that has nothing to do with your job here your job is your job your anger that you have on the street with my child is something different you don't bring that to your workplace you don't talk about it at your workplace you leave that at home where it is. It's dead when you come to work because that's a place of business she then proceeded to get rowdy with it and I proceeded to tell her and my child to let it go. The manager stood at the window while the cashier proceeded to argue with us. She then said that she will get her mom involved I told her to be my guest cause I have no problem in talking with her mom about the situation. The manager tried to hold it down I told my daughter to get in the car so we could leave. Like I told her you mouth words hands gestures etc can tell exactly what your saying and how u look at customers will let them know that you don't want to serve them. She had problems with the orders when taking them the manager stepped in but when we arrived at the window the look on her face told it all she then said something to the manager and right then I should have just asked for my money back and left but I didn't. My family will no longer be coming to that facility to eat ever again. But miracle s whoever she may be from Plymouth needs to get her attitude right because I'm pretty sure there'll be more people that she don't want with that come to that facility to eat and she's going to have a problem but at the same time she needs to grow up because like I said your job is your job a place of business is a place of business your beef in the street with people stay in the street you don't bring that to work that's two things that you need to learn from thank you and my business there will never be again. I really wish I had recorded to whole situation today you would have...

The man who waited on me was so ridiculous I was shocked how blatantly rude he was as I tried to place my order at the counter, he kept huffing and puffing as though I had done something wrong for trying to place a order and interrupting him from being outside ( which btw I couldn't believe that there was 3-5 workers hanging out in the front and chatting loudly even after my family entered and stood at the counter just waiting and waiting for a worker to come in and wait on us) obviously from how filthy the place is they don't go in much and clean there to busy hanging out with friends than working... it's so unsanitary in there that I'm surprised it's not been closed, my shoes were sticking to the floor from something that had spilled at some point in there and not been cleaned up, the tables were disgusting the bathroom was even dirtier..in general my visit here reminded me why I had stopped coming to begin with.. sadly this place should be shutdown gutted and cleaned and and new owners, managers and workers need to be hired because the ones here obviously could care less about this place.. warning AVOID AT ALL COST! if the locals who supports this place off season would boycott it here maybe they would shape up and change for the better....as for now"" I recommend NOT coming here.. Aug.2019"The taco bell/ Kentucky fry chicken , is a hit and miss. The last 2 times before this visit, we had at least $10.00 of food missing. The chicken is usually very greasy, and overpriced. ..the taco side is a hit & miss. Avoid the meat products. The sides are usually good.. but in general food , just isn't good. But tonight I will say the young man waiting on us was very nice. And had no issue when told a item was missing, glad we weren't home this time. Sorry can't say much better. But maybe with time the food...
Read moreUpdate @ 618pm the next day I received a call from Faith, the owner of this location and the Kitty Hawk/Southern Shores location and they offered to make it right with my next visit concerning the missing item. I was also informed that the employees are not obligated to inquire about sauce when it pertains to a mobile order a policy I was unaware of as I was trying to save time in the drive thru by ordering ahead. Note taken
Went at 330 this afternoon. Pulled over to place my order on mobile to keep from holding up the line. Fast forward 10 minutes after order placed. Get in drive thru line. I'm 4 cars back. car moves I go forward. The next car proceeds to sit for upwards of 20 minutes. Not sure if it's them or the person taking the order. The vehicles in front of me and behind me grow inpatient and leave... This puts me behind the car at the speaker. A few minutes go by and they drive forward... I pull up and am greeted promptly and inform them of my mobile order. Pull around and the car that was in front of me was gone.. As in never received food or had an order taken. I get to the window and receive the two cherry freeze drinks I ordered. Wait for maybe 7-10 mins before I receive my bag of food. It's handed to me and before I even set it down the window is closed. No option to or question on sauce. I wait a couple more minutes for the guy to circle back around with a confusing look on his face as to why I'm still sitting there. He pops the window open and I requested my mild and fire sauce. I then drive 15 minutes home in the wonderful OBX traffic on a Saturday afternoon to find I have a main item missing from my order. A burrito valued at $7 and I'm livid at this point my wife's cinnamon twists are rancid and not edible... I have to go get food from somewhere else bc screw that taco bell and the drive... Will I receive a refund, I don't know. All I know is if this review saves people from wasting their time and money at this location then that will...
