Let me start by saying I don't generally visit khol's. I had this mental stamp reminding me they were expensive and smell too much like perfume( I have terrible allergies). I enrolled my 2yr old in swim classes. I didn't have a swimsuit and have been looking for weeks. Classes start in 2 days. After going to; Jcpenny's, Gordmans, tjmaxx, ross, Marshall's, meridian ross, boise Jcpenny's, Burlington, Costco AND shopko,... I decided it wouldn't hurt to stop by Khol's. I was desperately looking for a bathing suit. Here is the problem, I have a very large bust, average waist, no hips or butt and plenty of stretch marks. So bikinis are a no go and if I find a 1 piece that fits on top(XL) it won't fit in the middle(M). After walking in, immediately the perfume fumigated my nostrils and headache began. The cashier asked what we needed and directed us to the correct area. I tried on almost every style. To my surprise I ended up find a two piece that fit my 32DDD and a high waisted medium bottom. It fits perfect, covers everything that needs to be covered and wasn't two expensive. They had a sale going on, 2 for $5o of one brand or 2 for $40 of the other brand. Read moreI used to exclusively shop at Kohl’s until one day I had a female from (what I am guessing to be) loss prevention follow me around. Keep in mind that the store was completely empty because this was early in the morning after opening. She followed me to the fitting room area and shuffled empty hangers around on an empty cart (again, because no one had been to the store yet to try anything on). I was so annoyed by this that I called in later that day to make a complaint. The complaint fell on deaf ears and I never shopped there again. Before this incident, I had spent thousands for my family and I and preferred nothing over Kohl’s. I closed my Kohl’s card and never looked back. We returned a large toaster oven given to us as a gift in hopes we could get in store credit and get a crib for our son. They told me they would issue a corporate refund almost a month ago. The number is a joke all I've done is sit on hold for hours. We went back in today to try to get the issue resolved. We were told that only two people work in the office handling corporate refunds for THOUSANDS of stores????? We literally were ripped off 250 dollars and we can't even get the oven back and cut our losses because they won't let us. I've never left somewhere so upset and frustrated.
