I showed Altaf the photo and video, and without missing a beat, he told us he had a master craftsman who could recreate the design with a 2.5-carat diamond and scale it perfectly.

I was hesitant—my biggest fear was ending up with something that looked like a knockoff. I even had a Plan B ring ready, just in case. But Altaf believed in the vision as much as we did. At his own expense, he had renderings created so we could see what was possible. He sourced two beautiful diamonds within our budget, and after a couple of thoughtful modifications, we took a leap of faith.

My fiance and I decided to get married a week prior to landing in Napa Valley. Once there we needed to purchase my wedding ring. We searched here in Chicago as well as in California. Once we found this Blue Diamond Jeweler, I finally found the ring I had to have. Sadie Ruybal assisted us. She let me try on the display ring, and ironically enough, it was my exact size so I wanted to buy it. When I asked to buy it she said that the display ring wasn't real gold and that she'd have to order it. Keep in mind we were to get married in 2-days so I couldn't wait. Sadie saw our concern and out sheer genuine concern she said for us to let her make a call to the owner. Sadie comes back and tells us that we can purchase the ring and she'll get it ordered and sent to our house back in Chicago, she then says the Owner has approved her, to let me use the display ring for the ceremony! We got married in Sonoma and I used the ring, we then returned the ring the day after our wedding. Sadie was genuinely happy that she could help us and to us, she went above and beyond anything we could've imagined. It gets better, we then finish the week in San Francisco and then head to New Orleans for another week, a day or so after arriving in NOLA, Sadie texts me that she has my new ring, and since she saw the sadness we had when returning the display ring, instead of mailing the new one to our house in Chicago, she arranges to get it sent to our hotel in New Orleans! I received the ring the next day and I swear when I tell you that I'd be going to this store for my jewelry needs from here moving forward because they have the most caring Owner and the most caring of employees! They do not come any better than Sadie and I recommend this jewelry store to ANYONE!!! What a class A company with Class A people!! Heck of a great...

The time came for me to pick up my ring - and I actually cried - it was perfect! The quality craftmanship, attention to detail, with the highest quality materials has honestly exceeded my wildest expectations. I have a piece I will cherish greatly and pass down.

It's also important and worth mentioning, that while I was in the store l observed that each person who came in was given the same level of high quality service, attention and care. One person was in simply to get a watch band adjusted and a ring cleaned, and their needs were cared for and attended to in the same flawless fashion as mine were.
