I was racially profiled while shopping here. An employee asked to hold the pair of earrings I had and was looking at up at the register. Even though there was a white women who had been walking around the store with a more expensive pair of earrings but they didn't approach her at all. I didn't buy the pair of earrings and won't be back.
My partner went back to talk to them and they got super defensive and claimed it was their store policy to hold items for customers because they sell expensive stuff but they didn't tell anyone else in the store while we were there to do that. Everyone else, who was white, were walking around and holding things twice as expensive and they did nothing.
