Do not purchase anything from this place unless you are 1000% committed to it. I changed my mind well within the 30 day grace period (two days after buying in person) and itâs been a week of me trying to get a lousy return label and address to return the machine. I had to reach out via several different emails and chat features and phones numbers and tickets to get anyone to respond, then you have go through at least 4 different people where they each try to convince you to keep the product before passing you onto the next âteamâ. I finally got to the part today where I was told a return label would be sent to my inbox within 30min and I am still waiting for that to come through. Itâs an annoying âprocessâ for just a shipping label and honestly feels like they intentionally delay and donât reach out (unless you call everyday) so that you either forget about it or miss your return window. I went on the better business bureau site to confirm my frustration for such a small task and so many people have experienced the same kind of lack of customer service even for when the machine malfunctions, doesnât work with your HVAC system, or gives someone an allergy attack. Intentionally making a return or refund hard or unnecessarily long no matter the situation is a shady business model and makes this place look untrustworthy. I purchased my second unit at the store with Melea, after my first one burned out when they failed to tell me that I had to take it off the dock. I came in with my burnt unit and they took it from me. I purchased a second unit, the VanGogh. They set me up with the oils, but I never received any. After numerous calls to corporate and to the store, from April until July, making a monthly payment and giving the company a chance to send me oils I finally gave up and cancelled my payments with them. I've spoken to several managers at corporate and they always say they'll look into the matter, but nothing gets resolved. All I want is to cancel my contract since they did not fulfilled their part. But all I've gotten and collection calls and emails. Don't get mixed up with them, it's a disappointment, the units work for a bit, then they burn out, and maybe you'll get oils, maybe not. Honestly I didnât have much hope of this coming to a resolution as I had difficulty dealing with the Miami location, however I was quite surprised as you were very helpful in looking at the issue and handling it very professionally and satisfying my needs as a customer. This is a rarity anymore in business and you should be commended and recognized. I will tell everyone about your store and products.
