WARNING! Don't make the mistake of listing your commercial/industrial properties with these people. They have a great sales pitch, but do not have a clue how to market or sell these types of properties. They will make great claims of marketing to buyers abroad, contacts all over the world, and so on and so on. They have wasted my time, money, and hurt the ability to sell my properties by bringing a total of 1 low baller, and 1 "tire kicker" in 5 months. Even when confronted with their failures, they will never let you out of their unreasonable listing agreement.
