My boyfriend and I went to this place and first red flag, no one was there at the front to greet us. Walking in, the place was a complete mess. They were busy, which is completely okay and understandable. However, the way we were treated was what I had an issue with. We were standing by the entrance, confused where to go since it was our first time there and the owner of the restaurant, - instead of greeting us, walked passed us and said it's a 20 minute wait or more because everyone decided to come at the same time - and then proceeded to walk away without taking down our names or coordinating us where we can wait. It looks like it was just him, his wife and another server working that shift. There was another couple waiting for a table as well and another single guy came in after us. Finally, the owners wife sat the couple in front of us first and then proceeded to sit the guy that came after us right after that. We stood there confused and asked if there were any other available tables for us two and she then said we needed to wait another 10 minutes for a table. Furious with the lack of organization, communication and basic customer service, my boyfriend and I ended up leaving after waiting all that time and ended up going to The Cafè where we enjoyed a great...

Read moreNot kidding, this was maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The bread is baked fresh to order and is the perfect texture. Crunch but so soft and delicate at the same time. I had the Prosciutto di Parma and it was stellar. Incredibly savory prosciutto like I did not want to stop tasting it. Super fresh mozzarella and tomatoes like perfectly ripe. I honestly was floored by this sandwich it was insane. On top of that the portion was pretty big and more than I thought it would be. Pricing is fair considering the quality of food you’re going to get. I’m not sure if the owner or the manager was accommodating our table. I feel terrible that I didn’t ask his name. He was awesome. So friendly and attentive. Made sure we were enjoying our meal and really made us feel comfortable and warm. 10/10 I’d give it more stars if I could. I cannot wait to get another one of those sandwiches. Oh also the whole staff was so friendly and sweet and extremely attentive. I really feel like this experience shines brightly among restaurant experiences I’ve been having over the past couple years. Stellar absolutely stellar. I’ll be back as...
