I had a great experience with Lovejoy. I was in the downtown shopping district for lunch recently and decided to stop in to browse their selection of men's watches. I was greeted by Ace and after a few minutes of browsing, he asked if I was looking for a particular style, brand, or certain model of watch. I told him about a watch that I had seen several years earlier. He immediately knew of the specific watch and said that it was a bit uncommon. But since I wasn't in a hurry to make a purchase, he offered to record my information and contact me if he was able to find one in the future.

About a week later, he called to say he had a similar style of watch come in to what I was looking for within my price range. He texted me photos to see if I was interested. I decided to pass on that particular watch, and he told me that he would keep looking.

Within another week and a half, he called to say that he was able to find the exact watch that I was looking for, but in his opinion, I would be much happier if he sent it in to be serviced before I bought it. Of course, this increased the price a bit but the end result was fantastic, and I am glad I followed his suggestion.

Personally, I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Recently got engaged and went to get the ring checked out for further details with my fiancé. The woman dealing with us truly was nice and when she was having difficulty, asked the male jeweler working with her for help. He checked the ring out in less than a minute, told us it wasn’t real and pretty much dropped it on the table in front of us when he was done, seemingly annoyed. The whole thing felt like he didn’t want to be bothered, like he couldn’t get us out of the store fast enough, guaranteed because of our visible tattoos; not looking like the “norm” for this area. What a joke. And what an embarrassment to have even visited just to be made to feel like less than. I watched my fiancé’s heart fall through the floor when we were told it wasn’t real. Fast forward 3 days, my fiancé went to a jeweler back in town where we live in CT, told him about our experience here and the man after examining it looked at him and said no no, this is a real black diamond, then went into further detail about them. He even told his own experiences from unpleasant interactions he’s had in Naples, and it makes my blood boil. Differences aside, for a shop that claims to sell luxury items and can’t even tell that a black diamond is real, I can’t imagine what other areas they are...

Myself and my husband have been return customers at Lovejoy for approximately the last 10 years. Ace, the owner, has done a remarkable job at always trying to please his customers with all of the stunning items that he sells at his fine store. With that being said I purchased a Pre Owned Presidential Rolex watch there for my husband that was in like new condition. It also had a 2 year warranty left from having recently been serviced by Rolex. Ace is a wonderful owner and thoroughly enjoys his fabulous store & customers as well! His store is filled with wonderful Jewlery and gorgeous Antiques as well. We have sent many of our friends there who have also purchased a Rolex watches and jewelry as well. If you're ever in Naples please make sure that you take a trip down 5th Avenue and make a visit to Lovejoys. Trust me you will definitely not be disappointed one single bit. Another thing I'd like to say is that Ace is among one of the most trustworthy owners of a store like his. We are forever grateful to Ace for always being there for us either to make a purchase or else get our jewelry fixed or our watches serviced. We will definitely be back sooner...
