Eugenia Watson Worst realtor ever and a big scammer. Do not sign any documents she gives you!
I initially connected with Eugine through Zillow when I was interested in a property she was showing. Before she would allow me to view the property, she insisted that I sign a contract. This contract stated that if I decided to move forward with that specific property, I would have to use her as my realtor. I was under the impression that this agreement was limited to that one property only.
After the viewing, Eugine referred me to a mortgage broker named Ann Marie, who, in my opinion, was also highly unprofessional and appeared to be a scammer. I started to have serious doubts about the entire process due to their lack of transparency and professionalism.
A few weeks later, I found a different property that I was genuinely interested in. I decided to put in an offer through another realtor and informed Ann Marie that I would need a pre-approval letter for this new purchase. That’s when things took a turn for the worse. Ann Marie contacted Eugine, informing her that I was working with a different realtor.
Shortly after, Eugine reached out to me, demanding that I work exclusively with her. She claimed that I had signed an exclusive contract binding me to her for all properties, not just the one she initially showed me. This came as a complete shock since I was never informed of any such terms when signing the contract. I felt deceived and pressured into working with her despite my clear intentions to move forward with a different realtor.
In the end, Eugine managed to make some sort of arrangement with the realtor who ultimately helped us purchase our house. As a result, she received a commission despite doing little to nothing to assist us throughout the process. I strongly believe that she received an undeserved commission through unethical practices.
This entire experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with her to think twice and, most importantly, do not sign anything she gives you without thoroughly reading and understanding every detail. Her lack of transparency and questionable tactics make her, in my opinion, an extremely untrustworthy realtor.

Read moreCarlos Ramirez is dishonest and a liar. After three years of paying rent, August 16th, he told us we have to move ASAP and he gave us until this Friday Sept 1st. I don't have money to move in Naples at the last minute...who does? He gave a letter saying what good tenants we are and even gave us two kittens two years ago. He is lying because there was a water leak in the next apartment and it wasn't reported timely by the neighbors, that water came into my kitchen. This is a single family house that he illegally sectioned into three apartments. Now he is lying saying that we don't pay the rent. I am the honest one here, not him. You cannot make up lies and try and throw disabled ♿ people in the street. Do not trust him. He is a dishonest liar! To top things off he accused my boyfriend of shutting off the circuit breaker in our apartment when we left. That circuit breaker is for all three apartments at 5241 19th Ct SW Naples FL. It just so happened to be in our apartment. Each apartment is supposed to have their own circuit breaker. So for three years we had to turn on the breakers EVERY time the electricity went off because of three families living in a single residence. Did we ever get a Thank you? No! He Lied again! Stay away from Carlos Ramirez for he is a snake. Do not trust or rent from him. Code enforcement was contacted and actions are being taken. Can't forget that he Lied about the deposit which was 800.00 paid September 2020 but he said we paid 500.00. He offered to refund our deposit if my boyfriend deleted his review. We still have both rental agreements with the 800.00 deposit we paid and the latter, (his LIE) the 500.00 🤥 He also said the other two families have to move out too, but when we asked the neighbor next to us with the leak if she had to move she said "No he fixed the leak." This is discrimination against the elderly and...
Read moreI bought a house from a listing agent Danielle Ladd and she was selling her own home with her boyfriend. They fabricated paperwork on the estoppel certificates from the tenants and made it look like the tenants were only due 1 month of rent and kept the other rent for themselves. Not only did they select their own title company but the title company lied about the entire ordeal as well and stated they verified everything when they didn't. When I confronted them; Kathleen's boyfriend said I should have done my due diligence and read the paperwork carefully and then decided he would give me a check on his terms and time. Absolute definite of crooks. They let me argue with the tenant and then tried to play hero and save the day when the entire time they had the money in their possession. I would stay so far away from these people. I hired an attorney and will be litigating against these dishonest people who fabricated paperwork. Stay away...
