Best Florist in Naples without Exception!I Based on their reviews and website, we contacted Naples Picasso Flowers early on a Sunday morning to help solve an emergency! Our son's wedding was scheduled later in the day and the florist (brides' father) cancelled providing the flowers late the prior night!!! Yes, what a POS of a father!!!
