We stayed in August 2022 at the Pierhouse that we rented via Luxury Group. The house is simply wonderful - very nice furnished, spotless clean and we felt welcome from the first moment. The house has all you need for a relaxing vacation including a nice pool area and a small guesthouse. The best is the location - the house is very close to beach - in fact there is only one other house between the Pierhouse and the beach - so you step out of the house to walk 20 meters and you are at the wonderful beach of Naples. The house is located only one street south of the popular Naples pier - so after dinner we often enjoyed the sunset on the pier. We very much enjoyed the house and will most probably book it again. Next to the wonderful property I like to comment on the team of Luxury rentals - we rent now for a number of years with Luxury rentals in Naples and the given service and support of the team of Tom is simply fantastic - very professional, always friendly and open and if you need a helping hand or an advise you will get it there - so not only the Pierhouse gets a clear 5 star rating but also another 5 star rating for...

We didn’t stay at any of their properties, but we tried to book with them via Home Away and it was terrible and extremely shady! I don’t know if any of the positive reviews are fake but I strongly believe they are, since their shady agreement PREVENTS you from writing a review that’s not approved by them ?!?! Furthermore it states that a fine of $10,000 and legal fees will be demanded in case you wrote one and not willing to remove it once asked. They were rude, unpleasant and for sure not professional. Even after Home Away specifically said they violate their Owners-Home Away agreement, they refused to remove the clause. When I didn’t agree to sign it they repeatedly advised me to cancel the reservation, claiming they have an issue doing it on their end, knowing I will be charged for the full amount if I do. We just got the money back, almost 2 weeks after! I strongly recommend not to use...

We had an amazing 10 days at the White House in Naples! It was at the perfect location: only 5 minutes walking to a beautiful beach, quiet and picturesque streets and about 20 min walking to the 5th street.

The house had everything that you need for beach & pool (towels, cooler, beach/pool umbrellas and chairs, etc.) where we spent most of our time. The second place where we spent our time mostly was the kitchen. It had top notch appliances that we enjoyed cooking with quite a bit; however it was lacking plates, food storage items, cookware, etc. We were 2 families with 5 adults and 4 kids and constantly found ourselves washing the dishes and not finding much options to store our homemade food.
