Read moreI spent more than $18k with Arhaus furnishing our new home. Do I love the products? YES! Would I order from them again? Probably not, just because we had a less-than-stellar experience.
Our items were on backorder for 6-8 weeks (understandable). When I called to check on them, I was told they were waiting on me to make my final payment. They charge 50% at time of order, 50% when they schedule your shipping. They were supposed to call me to tell me my ship date and collect the other 50%, but no one did, which resulted in a 2 week delay.
The handle to the cabinet I received was broken. The delivery men couldn't install it, and they told me Arhaus would be calling me. They didn't. I had to call them, and the store manager I talked to apologized and said they had a replacement going out.
The replacement never came. Then I talked to someone else at the store a couple weeks later who had no record of the replacement. He apologized and offered to refund the delivery fee ($200-ish) for the trouble.
Arhaus corporate contacts me to tell me the replacement is on backorder and wouldn't arrive for months, and they have no record of the store manager offering to refund the delivery fee.
FINALLY - MONTHS LATER - I received the correct piece. Customer service never told me it had shipped. The lady was quite rude too. As someone who works with clients on a daily basis, Arhaus should really reconsider who they have working in their QA/customer service department.

Read moreMy shopping experience at the Green Hills store went well up until I returned to place an order. The sales person I had been working with was unavailable and I was short on time. I am not faulting the store for this. I did end up ordering the Nika Dining Table (Nopo finish) online instead and this is where the adventure begins!
The table was delivered 8 weeks after ordering, and was damaged. The table has resin inlaid to fill the natural gaps in the wood. The resin was not flush with the table top or edge, and was moveable in places because it was not secure. The concierge team was great in having a replacement table delivered 3 weeks later.
The replacement table was delivered today. No more problems with the resin inlay, but instead met with scratches and areas where the wood was either not finished or damaged. Ironically, the delivery persons unloaded the table still in the box, and then brought the tabletop (still wrapped) into my dining room before taking the packaging off. I have sent an email to the concierge representative who I have been working with to come to an amicable resolution.
