Y’all we spontaneously went to Claire’s to get my daughters ears pierced. She was so nervous and excited. Ms. Brandy was an absolute angel! She put my daughter at ease and didn’t rush her. She was calm and so kind. My daughter left feeling proud and happy. Brandy deserves a raise!!! The world needs more people like her, who take the time to be kind even when they don’t have to be. My daughter drew this picture of Brandy on our calendar to remember her. Thank you Claire’s at Green Hills. Thank you Brandy!!

I went into Claire’s today to have my ears double pierced and ended up doing the cartilage too! It was a great experience and the woman, Promise, who did my piercings was so kind and knowledgeable. She very carefully sanitized the station before piercing and walked me through all of the after care instructions! I would definitely go there again and highly recommend this store!

I love Claire’s at the mall at Green Hills. The store is clean and the employees are welcoming. They have all the pretty stuff that little girl dream about. Everything is girly! There’s jewelry, purses, hair ribbons, backpacks, and lots and lots of earrings. You can a get your ears pierced there too!

I got 3 piercings there about a month ago and i have to say I absolutely loved my experience. The assistant manager was the one who pierced me, short curly hair and super nice. I saw a lot of reviews on how their piercings didn’t heal well and got infected. Mine have not! They healed really well, no brusing at all and there was no pain. I would 100% go back again to get my ears pierced. I got my cartilage and 2nd earlobe done. To anybody who is hesitant about going here, dont be Afraid. The staff is super nice and really helpful and fun. Overall it was such a wonderful experience!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express how happy i am with...

You’d think they know how to run a store... went there to buy some scrunches. When I went to check out there was no one there... I was pretty aggravated that know one was coming to CHECK ME OUT! Then woman in the growing line behind me yelled to an employee “I seriously can’t just give you 5 dallied and get out of here???” When the employee replied “Ya no. It will be 20 min” STUPID I KNOW. Then she proceeded to explain that 1 of the logins for checkout wasn’t available and the other one is busy? UM DO YOU NOT HAVE THAT WORKED OUT? To sum it up I say...

They use cheap earrings to pierce ears, not anything sharp but literally the cheap earrings to make a hole in your body. They had to try it multiple times and scared and hurt my daughter even more because of their terrible system. Many people are nostalgic for Claire’s but they don’t do things like they used to… beware. The one earring that actually pierced her ear fell out 20 minutes later and the hole was not made cleanly enough to put back in without causing further pain. Unacceptable...
