I stopped by today (the first time at this location) to purchase a pendant I’ve been eyeing for a few months and casually browse around. For context, I own/wear multiple pieces of David Yurman, which is my favorite jewelry company. Upon walking in, I was rudely greeted by a sales associate whose name I never got. As I asked her about other pieces I was interested in, my questions were met with snide remarks, and she passive-aggressively corrected my terminology when I was talking about the jewelry. The whole time, she looked down her nose at me, and when I wanted a second to check out the store by myself, she followed me around like I was going to steal/break something. I’m also a sales associate at a high-end boot store in town, and I know to NEVER treat a prospective customer as she did me. Had she treated me with respect, I would have walked out with that pendant around my (DY) chain. I am open to trying this store on a different day, but being younger and wearing comfy clothes to shop doesn’t mean I can’t afford...
Read moreWent to buy a ring for my friend at the Nashville store and the sales associate was very rude and treated me poorly. I could only see one ring at a time. I could not remember which ring my friend wanted and wanted to see multiple rings and I did not get to do so. I just bought the one I was only able to see and said to myself my friend can bring it back if its not what she wants. I went in there 2 weeks later to get a bracelet and a different rep gave me the same treatment. Again I love the jewelry but the sales associates are horrible at customer service. The sales associate Fatima that is always kind and nice to me was not there on the days I went. I wish she was. I will not be going back to the Nashville location to spend my hard earned money. Read moreWell the Jewelry is eye catching but more than that the staff really does work together to help each other and that is hard to find nowadays. When your staff is happy it shows thru there work which helps with good customer service. The management team is on top of there game for Product knowledge and the sales people are the best I have seen it's like a family type atmosphere which is hard to find in a retail environment. Keep up the Good Work to your Management and Staff. I look forward to just seeing how far this staff can go with the improvements it is making toward product knowledge, marketing and customer service.
