I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is more on the company itself rather than the store. I’ve been a fan of Express for a long time, but this time is the breaking point for me.
Be careful if you buy something as a gift from here. You buy, present it, and if they don’t like it, you may want to come back and exchange it. I’m literally one day outside the 30-day return window and they will not let me exchange the item, even if I would just buy more clothes that same day. They don’t print the return policy or even mention it to you at the register anymore so it’s not made clear what the policy is.
There are many successful brands that know how to take care of their loyal customers by having generous exchange policies. The fact that Express won’t even take back an item just 1 day after the 30 days just shows that the company couldn’t care less about...
