H. Audrey — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

So disappointed with their customer service via phone! I would have loved to order one of their bags that I saw online, so I called the store and discussed the ordering process with one of the employees on the phone (before noon time). She told me she could ship the bag out the same day (I would have needed it to ship as soon as possible for it to arrive in time) and that I could call some minutes later to share my info. When I called again (about ten minutes later), her colleague told me that the lady I’ve been talking to just stepped out and that I could call again when she is back (in some minutes). I did! Then the lady told me that the carrier in the meantime picked up the packages for the day and that she won’t be able to ship the package today (only with another carrier for an unreasonably high price). When I was trying to ask for other shipping options she cut me off in a very rude way (!), telling me that she doesn’t have any more time to talk and that there were other customers in the store she had to take care of and that I could give her a call back in case I still wanted the bag. I really would have loved to order the bag, but I was really disappointed and didn’t understand why she wouldn’t have told me about the possibility of the carrier picking up the packages so soon (so that we could have placed the order right away) or at least afterwards tried to help me find another reasonable shipping option, so that the bag could have arrived in time. I never experienced such an impolite service with a boutique or small business before and I don’t understand why someone would be so unfriendly in general! All in all just very...

Wonderful store, the buyer has great taste and a wide variety of beautiful items that can carry you through many places and events, the second floor has sales and well worth going up to check it out, anytime I’m in Nashville, it’s a must stop . Also must say that Madison has an absolutely lovely personality, her customer service is so genuine and very helpful about the area etc and suggestions. She’s a star. Go !
