Kasa at Artisan Music Row Nashville — Hotel in Nashville-Davidson

The check in is exhausting and over the top. The manager and assistant manager on site were less than friendly. The manager to busy to leave his office. While the assistant manager walked by us giving us a dirty look and into her office she went without a greeting or assistance. We had a employ enter our room without the staff giving us the heads up. Or giving our consent to do so when we were out. Said staff member removed a portable air conditioner and stole from us. The off site staff fell flat when addressing this issue. What made it worse was the fact the air conditioner was covering up the loud noise the fridge was making. Which kept my pregnant wife up all night. Needless to say this is a place we would never recommend to family or friends. Avoid...

We had a wonderful time in Nashville and staying at the Kasa just made it that much better. It was very walkable to make it to the main strip to enjoy Nashville's great people food and the live music and when used uber it was a quick $10-15 ride.

The Kasa at Artisan Music Row Nashville was really close to some of the greatest pubs and bars in Music Row. We felt very safe walking around the area in the evening and everyone was really friendly.

Our room was very clean, we slept in a comfortable bed and enjoyed the patio very much. We 100% recommend Kasa and when we come back to Nashville, it will definitely be our 1st choice to book.

Hands down would stay here again! Great location! Within walking distance to the gulch and honestly Broadway. The facility is beautiful and parking was never an issue. Parking was free underground with your stay in a safe locked location accessible with a key fob/garage opener. Clear instructions. We loved the coffee/tea on the main level. Never received the free earplugs but it did not get too noisy outside when we stayed. Building itself was quiet and everyone we came across was polite.
